How will I know when my order has shipped?
A shipping confirmation email is sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. As items may ship at different times, from different fulfillment centers including our marketplace partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with an update on each individual item. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours from receiving the shipping confirmation, to have visibility to carrier tracking data and tracking movement.
What are your shipping methods & delivery times?
Items usually ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted by availability in the product details.
Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days for the continental US and will be shipped with UPS, UPS SurePost, FedEx, SmartPost, or US Postal Service. Orders shipping to AK and HI are sent via standard shipping and may take up to 30 days to be delivered. If you need the order to arrive sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, extra fees will be charged per item at checkout and varies based on vendor.

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with any neighbors, housemates, or leasing offices who may have received the parcel on your behalf. If your order includes several items, we may ship them separately and at different times in order to get them to you faster. They may ship directly from different marketplace partners.
